Discover what moves us personally – learn movement interventions vital for working with ‘edges’ in physical illness, depression, manic states, anxiety, potential violence, or finding creative sparks. Discover movement’s tendency towards homeostasis and evolution; support limits, shyness, culture; subtle impulses, slow movement, accidental, repetitive or frozen movement, rhythm, distance, sentient and earthbased movement – in individuals, couples, and large group conflict facilitation.
Cost: £300, £250 if £100 deposit paid by Feb 1
