WHY THIS WORKSHOP?
What is a Meaningful and Purposeful life. What might it mean to be really and completely yourself and to live a life that suits you, that fits you like a glove. We are calling this seminar - Life’s Greatest Quest - as we focus on a this search for the true self and how that helps us figure out where we fit in the world. Our aim is to provide an experiential Process Work workshop that helps us all explore how to live as people who have unique contributions to make in the world. We will explore how each of us can be more “our-selves” by unfolding the processes hidden in our deepest dreams and the persistent patterns that repeat in our lives.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Leaders, facilitators, therapists, counsellors, coaches and organisational consultants will find this useful. And it is for anyone interested in personal growth or anyone who work in a team and struggles to find their place there or for those who feel they need a reason for something they just have to do in life but are not sure what this just yet.
DURING THE WORKSHOP.
When we look back at our lives it often feels like our life is a zig-zag; that we have had to take a long road to get where we are. Using Process Work approaches helps us understand how we are moving towards a future version of ourselves Using a mixture of short presentations and guided experiential exercises, we will explore our early childhood, night-time dreams, these and other mythical and peak moments in our lives are already signposts. We will try out tools and techniques to help us discover purpose and meaning now and as we consider the overall shape of our lives and our longer term goals. We will explore how persistent difficulties, illnesses or patterns are often like secret doorways to transformation We will explore these patterns and how they might guide our lives.
